Absolutely amazing service from Ricky. Old boiler broke down, was removed and new boiler installed all on the same day. Ricky is friendly, reliable, honest and always cleans up after a job, we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Fantastic service, from the original quote to fitting Ricky was so professional and polite. He took real care to lay down dust sheets and not leave any trace. He also walked me through how to work the new boiler and resolved some issues I was having with the WiFi set up by contacting Worcester Bosch for me. Really happy with my new boiler – what a difference!

At short notice they sent 2 plumbers to break into the old incoming iron pipe, under the floorboards (lifted by me)and replace with new blue plastic to a re-positioned stopcock.
